🇺🇦Ukraine’s cheap drone swarms are quietly dismantling Russia’s multi-billion-dollar air defenses:
Russia’s S-300, S-400, and Pantsir systems were built to stop fast, radar-bright jets and missiles, but they struggle against Ukraine’s low-flying, low-signature composite drones.
Russia’s enormous territory makes total coverage impossible, so defenses are concentrated in key areas, leaving wide gaps. Ukraine exploits this with smart, systematic waves: decoys first to exhaust the systems, followed by real strikes.
The result is a reported 20–30% penetration rate that continues to cripple Russian oil infrastructure and logistics.
