📍General Chaiko commanded Russia’s Eastern Group of Forces in 2022. Units under his command have been accused of carrying out mass killings, torture, and widespread destruction against civilians in Bucha.

The gathering was attended by much of Russia’s military elite, including numerous generals and other high-ranking officers.

According to the latest information, 17 Russians are in critical condition following the explosion and have been transported to hospitals.

Special operations forces have been deployed to the scene, and journalists have been barred from accessing the area.
