‼️‼️🇺🇦🇷🇺 BIG | A devastating Ukrainian Air Force missile strike on Donetsk has reportedly inflicted one of the heaviest single blows on Russia’s command personnel in recent months, with dozens of senior officers killed or critically wounded.
Preliminary information from the strike indicates that 27 high-ranking Russian officers have been confirmed killed, while another 58 are in serious or critical condition. Among the critically wounded are reportedly two generals, one colonel and two lieutenant colonels. Search and recovery operations are still ongoing, meaning the final casualty figures could rise further.
If these numbers hold, the strike would represent far more than a symbolic success. Removing dozens of experienced officers in a single attack can severely disrupt command-and-control, planning and coordination across multiple Russian formations, while forcing headquarters to disperse and operate more cautiously. Ukraine is increasingly demonstrating that Russian command posts deep behind the frontline are no longer safe simply because they are outside the immediate combat zone.
