British Prime Minister Andy Burnham and French President Emmanuel Macron discussed establishing production of the long-range missiles inside Ukraine. The British government said the program would use UK technology, while Burnham stated that London has formally approved the transfer of Storm Shadow production technology to Ukraine. If implemented, this would be a major shift from supplying finished missiles to helping Ukraine build them domestical
