#Russia has warned #NATO against any attempt to isolate Kaliningrad, saying such a move could trigger a direct military confrontation between Moscow and the Western alliance.
In a diplomatic document seen by Reuters, Moscow accused NATO of pursuing a “dangerous and reckless course” and warned that a potential conflict could involve strikes on decision-making centers in NATO member states from its outset.
Russia said it would be prepared to use “the entire arsenal of forces and capabilities at its disposal, including nuclear weapons,” should NATO countries attempt to cut #Kaliningrad off from the rest of Russia.
