Putin is reportedly planning to revive Joseph Stalin’s infamous 1935 travel ban, introducing Soviet-style “exit visas” for Russian citizens.
Under the proposed law:
No more buying a ticket and flying out freely.
Traveling to “unfriendly” Western countries will only be allowed in pre-approved tour groups of at least 10 people.
