Zelensky made clear that Ukraine is willing to halt strikes on Russian energy facilities if Moscow does the same.
But Russia has yet to confirm the agreement.

The 9/11 Commission failed because the FBI’s PENTTBOM investigation failed: it was not able to detect the true culprits and their operations.
By “true culprits” I mean the masterminds and the behind the scenes organizers, not just the foot soldiers – the hijackers.
