J’ai également abordé ce soutien avec le Président Trump, ainsi que la perspective d’une trêve énergétique et d’un moratoire en mer Noire, que nous soutenons. Ce sera un enjeu des négociations qui doivent reprendre et qui doivent mener à une paix juste et durable.

🇺🇦🇺🇸 Zelensky didn’t come to New York just to make speeches… he arrived with drones, money, air defenses AND de-escalation on the agenda
He says a new drone deal with the U.S. is being prepared for signing as he meets Trump, European leaders, senators and other influential figures, while Ukraine also pushes to reinforce its skies before winter and secure the financing it needs.
The striking part is that more military support and proposals to cool the conflict are being discussed on the SAME trip.
Can New York produce an actual path toward de-escalation… or will Ukraine leave with more tools to keep fighting?

Europe faces a fast-proliferation of sabotage attacks and airspace violations.
Moscow is trying to scare Europe into winding down its support for Ukraine.
As Russia is willing to take greater risks, Europe must impose greater costs.
There are many ways to do that: stronger action against Russia’s shadow fleet and tougher measures targeting its military-industrial complex.

🇺🇦🇺🇸 The CIA director is quietly becoming one of the most interesting people in the Ukraine negotiations.
Weeks after John Ratcliffe made a surprise trip to Moscow, he has now reportedly met Zelensky at Shannon Airport in Ireland.
And the setting makes this even stranger: their planes were apparently refueling, and somewhere in that overlap, the Ukrainian president and America’s spy chief sat down for a conversation whose contents remain secret.
That might sound like a chance airport encounter.
Except Ratcliffe’s role appears to be expanding.
Earlier this month U.S. officials had told European counterparts Ratcliffe was preparing to take a larger role in Washington’s Russia-Ukraine diplomacy, potentially conducting shuttle diplomacy between Moscow and Kyiv.
He has now met Russian intelligence officials in Moscow and Zelensky in Ireland within weeks.
We don’t know what was discussed at Shannon.
But America’s CIA director suddenly looks a lot more like someone entering the negotiations head first, than just watching from the intelligence side.
