France has already begun carrying out covert conventional military responses against Russian hybrid attacks in Europe, amid growing concern across the continent of direct hostile action against NATO in the near future by Russia, with a French military source telling the French newspaper Le Monde: “It’s already the case,” when asked if Paris could respond militarily, without public knowledge, against Russia.

🇫🇷🇷🇺 Macron pulled France’s party leaders into the defense room and said: Russia’s war is here.

He pointed to recent sabotage across Europe: cut Dutch rail lines, a derailed train in Normandy that injured 44, simultaneous fires near a French explosives plant, and a drone targeting a German cargo plane.

Macron still won’t name Moscow publicly, NATO’s east points fingers, but Paris keeps attribution in the vault.

The briefing is also political.

Macron wants a security narrative that survives 2027 by forcing rivals to sit through the same slides.

Moscow’s strategy is cheap: scare the rear, split parties, and frame Ukraine support as a threat to French civilians.

Macron insists intimidation will yield more aid, not less. Denmark converted a flare incident into cash for Kyiv, and Poland is raising Article 5.

France is trying to appear calm and resolute, but that balance only holds if the next attack gets a name.

🇺🇲🇪🇺🇷🇺NATO Top General warns  RUSSIA; The alliance is ready for a potential Russian attack.

NATO’s senior Military General, Admiral Guiseppe stated today in Copenhagen that the alliance is prepared for possible Russian escalation on Alliance Easter Flank border including Lithuania, Latvia, Poland and Finland and Estonia. The command structure, troops and weapons are ready and NATO has detailed defense plans already written.

This comes as many European officials  warn Russia might a limited attach  using drones or missiles to strike any alliance state in order to test Article 5.
 
The alliance warns any serious threat or move by Russia will be met with planned response.

BIG | 🇫🇷🇺🇦🇸🇪‼️‼️ Ukraine’s transition toward a new generation of European combat aircraft is taking shape, with France and Ukraine continuing pilot training while reports point to discussions over a potential future transfer of Rafale fighters.

According to information circulating in Ukrainian defense channels, Paris and Kyiv are discussing a possible Rafale delivery around 2028, while France could also join Sweden in preparing Ukrainian personnel for the transition to Rafale and Gripen aircraft. The same reports suggest the first Gripens could arrive from the winter of 2027, with Sweden potentially donating 16 Gripen C/D fighters while a separate acquisition process covers 16 newer Gripen E aircraft.

If these plans materialize, Ukraine’s future air force would increasingly move away from its Soviet-era foundation toward a European-centered fleet built around several Western aircraft families. Training pilots and ground personnel years in advance would be essential to that transition, but the reported Rafale timeline and specific Gripen numbers remain preliminary rather than finalized delivery commitments.

Within a few years, independent nationwide television in its previous form had all but disappeared. In April 2001, control of NTV passed to Gazprom, after which the channel’s management was replaced. Many journalists left in protest.

After that, direct uncomfortable questions became increasingly rare, while Putin’s interactions with the press more and more often took the form of large, carefully staged events.
