Fuel situation in the Krasnodar region, Russia, is worsening. In Novorossiysk the local authorities had to severely decrease distribution to civilians, partially even down to zero. Availability fluctuates, sharply, and is overall low. Distribution is limited.
Ironically, in peace times Novorossiysk is one of 4 major oil ports in all of Russia. Literally, the city’s largest business is port and hydrocarbon trade.
