​This operation strikes at one of the absolute pillars of Russia’s modernized energy economy. The Nizhnekamsk facility is one of the top high-tech refineries in the country, responsible for single-handedly producing immense quantities of high-grade gasoline, diesel, and aviation fuel. By systematically expanding its deep-strike operations to hit this vital energy giant, Ukraine continues to choke the Kremlin’s domestic fuel refinement capabilities, plunging Russian logistics into chaos and drying up the economic lifelines sustaining its war machine.
