Before that, he had been admitted to the psychiatric ward of the Central Clinical Hospital with a mental disorder. He reportedly could not understand how a country without a navy could be sinking enemy ships. He was allegedly seeing Ukrainian drones everywhere, believing they were hunting him. A consultation with leading psychiatrists had been scheduled for the following day.
