He said Major General Ihor Skybiuk, the former commander of Ukraine’s Air Assault Forces, will serve as Chief of the General Staff. Drapaty added that the military’s priorities include expanding offensive operations, planning strikes deep behind enemy lines, and strengthening Ukraine’s Armed Forces.
