RT by @mikenov: RT by @mikenov: 🇺🇸🇮🇱🇹🇷 Netanyahu reportedly met Trump at the White House yesterday with maps of Syria in hand… He was trying to show that Turkey controls about 5% of Syrian territory, whereas Israel controls just 0.1%. One source, commenting on the meeting said: “Sometimes the president has certain assumptions, and if you don’t change them, they become fixed,” explaining why Netanyahu had to show Trump the maps, visually. Tensions between Israel and Turkey have been high since the war in Gaza, but for the U.S., Turkey remains a central and strategic ally. Most of the meeting, of course, focused on Iran, but quite an interesting development here… Source: Jerusalem Po
