🇷🇺🇺🇦 All the latest reports keep focusing on the war itself, not on how Russians actually feel about it.
Zelensky just told Sky News that Ukrainian intelligence shows Russia preparing a new mobilization wave of 300,000 to 500,000 men, likely after the September elections.
The goal is clear: feed more bodies into the fight as current recruitment fails to keep up with losses.
At the same time, Ukrainian drones scored another precise hit in occupied Crimea.
They destroyed an S-400 launcher and its critical 96L6 radar just north of the Crimean Bridge.
That system is one of Russia’s main long-range air defense assets.
Taking out the radar helps blind the battery and opens space for deeper strikes on the logistics and infrastructure that keep the occupation running.
This is the pattern right now.
Russia looks ready to throw hundreds of thousands of additional, often poorly trained and equipped troops into the same meat grinder.
Ukraine keeps methodically chipping away at the air defenses and supply routes that protect Crimea and the land bridge.
The battlefield is still escalating in real numbers and real hardware.
Putin’s personal approval still sits in the low-to-mid 70s according to recent polls, and a majority still backs the war in broad terms. But support for endless fighting has softened, and more Russians now say they prefer peace talks. Those domestic numbers barely register next to the daily updates on fresh troops and new strikes.
