Russian forward assault groups have advanced to approximately 4.7 km from the eastern outskirts of Sloviansk (Slavyansk) and Kramatorsk. These two cities are among the last major Ukrainian-held urban centers and key parts of the “fortress belt” in the remaining portion of Donbas. Russian forces continue incremental gains, infiltration, and heavy strikes with artillery, glide bombs, and drones, increasing pressure on Ukrainian defenses.
