Medvedev stated that Russia could attack Kyiv and NATO facilities in such a way that nothing would remain of them.
“We understand our responsibility for the fate of humanity and are doing everything we can to prevent a global catastrophe. But our patience is not unlimited,” he said.
The Deputy Chairman of the Security Council also added that nuclear weapons could be used in certain cases.
