The major argument in favor of “Al Qaeda” is that “most notably the 9/11 Commission Report and the FBI’s PENTTBOM investigation—conclusively determined” it. “A cheat and a fraud” – that’s how the Wikipedia article called this report which is largely based on the FBI’s PENTTBOM investigation, and which “was set up to fail”, by their own admission.
