We held three rounds of negotiations. Representatives of E3 – France, Britain, and Germany – were also with us. Separately, yesterday, I spoke with Steve and Jared one-on-one following the results of the day.
The most important thing is to continue to actively and jointly work together so that diplomacy can take place. We discussed our needs in air defense, appropriate technological cooperation, and the necessary winter package in detail.
The partners know what can work and what should work by winter. We are coordinating further steps. We are preparing the next meetings and communication. Ukrainian proposals are constructive, and they will always be so. Thank you!

🚨🇷🇺 Even one of the ideological supporters of Russia’s invasion is now warning that Moscow may be burning through manpower, money and time for increasingly marginal battlefield gains.
Russian Z-blogger and writer Yevgeny Norin says Russia has already exhausted much of the resource base needed to continue fighting at the current pace, while serious economic problems are mounting. He argues that the so-called “special military operation” should be stopped and claims the loss ratio has reached 1:8 in Ukraine’s favor. Norin also questions what Russia is still trying to achieve, saying mobilized troops are often trained and equipped only “on paper” before being sent into battles where Ukrainian forces are already prepared for them.
🔥 His warning cuts directly into Moscow’s long-war strategy. If taking Sloviansk and Kramatorsk could still require years at the current tempo, then Russia is trading enormous human, financial and economic resources for shrinking operational returns. The danger for the Kremlin is no longer just battlefield stagnation, but strategic exhaustion if the war continues consuming more than the state can sustainably replace.
