NYT: In a phone call days before Oct. 7, UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed warned Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that Hamas was considering a major attack.
But according to five former senior Israeli officials, the warning never reached Israel’s security leadership. Days later, on Oct. 1, 2023, Netanyahu met with his security chiefs but never mentioned the warning.

Investigators believe the Russian military intelligence agency GRU is behind the arson attack in Munich.

Two suspected low-level operatives (Bulgarian nationals) are in custody.
