BIG | 🇬🇧🇫🇷🇺🇦🚀‼️‼️ Britain and France are discussing the creation of local SCALP/Storm Shadow cruise-missile production lines in Ukraine, a move that could significantly expand Kyiv’s long-range strike capacity.
British Prime Minister Andy Burnham and French President Emmanuel Macron discussed establishing production of the long-range missiles inside Ukraine. The British government said the program would use UK technology, while Burnham stated that London has formally approved the transfer of Storm Shadow production technology to Ukraine.
If implemented, this would be a major shift from supplying finished missiles to helping Ukraine build them domestically. Local production would reduce dependence on limited foreign inventories, shorten supply chains and give Kyiv a more sustainable long-range strike capability against Russian military infrastructure over the course of a prolonged war.

The EU is now looking at tighter travel bans and cracking down even harder on the shadow fleet.
Europe is also spending more on defense, and Clancy says that spending isn’t slowing down anytime soon…

x.com/visionergeo/status/209…Visioner (@visionergeo)BIG | 🇩🇪🇺🇦🇪🇺‼️‼️ Germany is reinforcing Ukraine ahead of the autumn-winter season with another €250 million for energy resilience, while preparing additional deliveries of strike drones and IRIS-T air-defense missiles this month.The new German funding will be transferred to the Ukraine Energy Support Fund, which has been backed by multiple international donors since February 2022. Kyiv uses the fund to purchase spare parts and equipment needed to restore damaged energy infrastructure. Berlin is also expected to provide Ukraine with thousands of strike drones and additional IRIS-T interceptors in the coming weeks.
The timing is critical. Russia is preparing to intensify pressure on Ukraine’s energy system during the colder months, so Germany is supporting both sides of the equation: repairing infrastructure after attacks and strengthening the military capacity needed to reduce the damage in the first place. That combination will be essential if Ukraine is to keep its power grid functioning through another winter of sustained Russian strikes.
